Love it in my home

The fireplace was everything I hoped it would be. Extreme easy to assemble and great quality. I truly love it.

Love this little fireplace. It’s much prettier than my photo shows … when it’s on the flame really does look real. I’m waiting for an electrician to put in another outlet for me so that I can use it in place that I intend for it be permanently.

My boxes, 2 of them, both arrived at the same time and were packaged well with no damage. It was not difficult to put together at all … I’m female, weight 125 and I had no trouble. This was a great buy for me … I would do it again.

Great quality and style. The heat output could be a little better but overall, love this unit.

The perfect size, the cream colored matched our white walls without being too bright and the size is great for apt-sized living room. Highly recommend

This beauty is a steal! Keep in mind pearl white is very white! It gives off a great amount of heat and you are able to shut off the heat which is great! Also it does make a little noise when you use the heat function but if you only want the flame, there is zero noise. The noise is not annoying, just sounds like something is running. Doesn’t bother me at all! Took about an hour to put together. Delivery was great, received both packages less than one week of placing my order. I can’t get enough of sitting by this adorable fireplace, just in time for holidays! Can’t wait to put a beautiful garland for Christmas on top!

The fireplace is great and took us maybe 20 minutes to put together, it was very simple. The remote with battery included was also a nice surprise. My only wish is that the flames were a little brighter. Other than that very happy with this purchase!

I was impressed by the quality, heat, light, and the elegance of this fireplace.
A few negatives:
1. Assembly of the frame takes 2.5 hours. 50 plus fasters!
2. Instruction sheet is almost as messed up as an IKEA’s instructions. A pain.
3. A few holes don’t easily line up; so it takes an elbow grease.
4. The paint in most areas look like a primer, not paint!

Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

Your team really thought this entire product through.... assembly was insanely easy, directions were on point and so simple. Please give Ikea some tips... Bravo, good job( and I rarely review things)

It looks beautiful and does not look cheap. It was quite easy to assemble. Love how the fire looks. It’s fancier than my other electric fire place heater. It’s pretty quiet. It’s pretty sturdy, too

Good quality fireplace. Fairly easy to put together with a second person. I love it, it’s perfect for my space.

This was the easiest assembly I've ever done. Everything was clearly marked and the instructions were very clear. Construction is solid, all hardware was included. Instead of using the allen wrench to twist by hand, we cut off the L shape of the wrench and inserted it in the drill as a bit which made the whole assembly go much faster and secured the screws much tighter. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and cozy. There is a hi and lo setting for flame height and a hi and low heat setting. It puts out substantial heat. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Just love this fireplace in my bedroom, looks so good, plus you can’t beat the price, still have to hang my tv on the wall but right now it fits perfect on the mantle. It was quite easy to put together too, I just love it and would definitely recommend it.

Can’t speak to the longevity of this just yet. I will come back in a few months with an “edit”. So far, no complaints. Shipment arrived faster than expected and not in two packages as some others have mentioned. It all came together so I was happy! Easy to put together. It’s under $300 so don’t expect extreme high quality, the unit is held together by brackets so you shouldn’t move it around too much. With that said, I am happy with the quality for under $300!! The heat feels warm and cozy and the “fire” looks real. It can really elevate your living space.

It was easy to put together! We haven’t really used the heating but it works just fine. We mostly just enjoy watching the “flame”. For the price, I highly recommend!

I don't know if this website is a scam? I ordered this item about 3 weeks ago. I got the firebox portion of it about 1 week and a half ago. I've been crazy getting the run around about the mantle. No one ever answers their customer service line. No one knows how it happened that my apartment number wasn't added to the address for my shipment. No one knows when a replacement will be sent out and if it is, if it will be the right color. This has been a complete nightmare.

Easy set up!

It’s a beautiful fireplace but we still can’t get it put together completely. The screws work until you put the wood in front and then we can’t get it completely screwed in, like they won’t catch. Pretty disappointing. I will say that it was packaged the best I’ve seen and the instructions were fantastic. Just wish it would go together.

I would improve the rating for a timer and/or more heat/better fan

After receiving at the colors, not the color I thought it was gonna be it looks a little cheap

My husband got it put together today and the cabnet is beautiful, he put the heater in and the heat works and the flames work. I love it, it is my christmas present to myself.
Everything is great.

This arrived early and was extremely well packaged . Assembly took very little time, went better after the husband explained the arrows on the numbers meant up or down…
Really happy with this one.
