I can honestly say that it was more difficult to remove the pieces from the packaging than it was to assemble the grill. They pack it so well that nothing is damaged, and the grill is fantastic. Well worth the price.
Easy installation, good instructions, seems to be very sturdy. Hopefully it will last a long time. Replacing a Weber grill that was twice more expensive and rusted so fast..
very good gas grill, easy assembly, instructions are straight forward especially with having it on youtube, the only thing that made it quite challenging are the screw placement, could hurt your hand with the sharp edges cleaning was very easy too

Very satisfied with this gas grill. Heats up fast with strong flames, and the temperature is easy to control. The cast iron grates feel solid and are easy to clean. Love the extra space for prep and storage underneath. The side burner is super convenient. I can cook soup while grilling at the same time. Perfect BBQs!
I am impressed with the quality and fast shipping. I saw one similar at Costco but didn't want to spend $700+. I am pleased with the overall quality and the details with the cast iron and beer opener. Assembling was relatively straight forward. It took me about 45 mins.

It’s a childs toy !!! you can cook about two steaks at one time ,it does not get hot enough to sear a steak!! I wouldn’t recommend this product to anybody
After looking tireless at grills I decided on RW Flame. Ordered and within a week I received grill. Packaging was great no dents anywhere. Took about 1 and 1/2 hrs to assemble Putting together was a breeze. No problems at all. Moved to patio and fired up instantly. Let it burn off and that night put on 2 ribeyes. Cooked to perfection.
Needed additiional info and contacted RW Flame. within 24 hrs everything was solved . Support is top notch and I give them another 5 stars. Looking forward to plenty of grilling nights.
