Very easy for one person to assemble, looks better than expected

My entire family loves this fireplace! It arrived quickly, it was easy to put together, and it's so realistic and beautiful. The only thing missing is a crackling sound but I know you can buy realistic fireplace sound machines. But it's still so warm and cozy!

This is the first fireplace I ordered for the living room and i liked it so much I ordered another one for the bedroom. The only complaint I have is with the shipper. It was shipped Fedx and not brought to my door. It was left downstairs for two days. I was not notified that it was delivered. It was left out in the rain until I noticed it was down stairs. I tried to all the company with no luck.

Beautiful addition to our living room! With the turn of a switch we have instant heat and ambience! Sure beats the mess of lighting a fire and doesn’t require cutting down a tree! We love this fireplace!

The mantel came in pieces but was not difficult for my adult son to assemble. I'm very happy with the finished product, especially with the realistic look of the flame. Plus there's no smoke or ashes to clean up!

The unit is perfect - except it is too low to floor.
We are building an 8-inch base to raise it off the floor.

Ordered wrong size & color is not white at all, more of a cream color.
Was able to sell it for what I paid so not a loss. Now I can buy the correct size in a white/white.
The heater part has a beautiful live flame look & puts out very good heat.

I ordered an electric fireplace mantel with the posted online dimensions of 43” x40”; however, the unit that arrived was only 36” x 34”!! The fireplace sent matches what I ordered (model/item#), they just lied about the dimensions online. I contacted merchant with all proof (screenshots, receipt, model number) 24 hours after it was delivered explaining the item was too small and the only solution they offered was for me to pay shipping costs to return it (2 very large/heavy boxes).
If I had wanted a fireplace of the size they sent, I would be happy with the look and heat output, but I feel like this company is intentionally deceiving customers with false advertising.

I’m not happy with the customer service. I received this in two shipments two weeks ago and have been trying to get answers to my questions ever since. I didn’t realize this unit has no thermostat or timer, because of that I can not use it where I had originally planned. I can use it in another room if I can exchange the white cabinet for brown. I never opened the box the cabinet is in. I can’t seem to get help with this other than a response to deal directly with the platform which I assume is RW FLAME. I don’t know because I haven’t gotten an answer or a number to call.
