Love my new fire place, it offers many options, its beautiful adds so much to my home, really great quality as well.

We weren’t comfortable with the gas fireplace in our new home. This electric insert has made a world of difference. We love that we can turn the heater off and on as needed but still have the experience of a beautiful burning fire. Changing the colors makes it more interesting. As you can see, the cats are enjoying sleeping closely to the warmth. And the price was so reasonable.

It s broken. I called and texted to start return but no response. I was getting leery about your company. I even sent a picture. The design is broken. Please advise of returning for a replacement.

I love it I truly just wish I could have the crystal kind with several of the different colors of flames and things in the actual same shape but they don't make them to fit a regular fireplace so this one is beautiful and I love it and everything but I did add some crystals inside of it but I still would like to one day get the other kind in this same size.

We love our stove! Installation was easy, heat is perfect, and it looks great! The flames look very realistic. It takes the chill off the living room and kitchen(roughly 400 sf) within an hour. This is not our main source of heat but it works great for the in between seasons! Very happy customer!

It was fine until I noticed the frame on the right side was damaged in shipping. I notified y’all and sent pictures and you ask if I would take a discount and I ask how much but you never responded.

Way cooler than I ever expected. Replaced an old smelly propane insert and this looks really nice. Remote was sticking so had to crack it open and remove some flashing from the holes with a utility knife. Works perfect now. Burning log sound is more like bacon frying though.

It is a gift to brother in law and daughters family for their family room. It has worked good to take the chill off the 12 x 24 family room. It is particularly good just to set and look at it. So realistic. It has several settings to view and a handy little remote. My daughter likes it a lot, I remember wanting to keep my jacket on over there at times, not any more. I guess the only thing negative is there is no crackling of the fire heard. Not a feature of this unit. It is wide and just fits horizontally. We will be putting a black 4 x 4 under the unit to flush fit it with the top of the fireplace opening.

I was skeptical, I was worried this might look cheesy in person. Let me tell you this is beautiful, I love this!! I don??t need this for heat just the aesthetic and I prefer this to a gas fireplace. Instant on, no maintenance. I don??t use the audio crackling fire noise, didn??t sound natural. A great purchase! Couldn??t be happier!

Looks good and works well. Gives out more heat than I expected. Pretty easy to install but it depends on the size of your fireplace of course.

This insert fit like a glove, if I didn't know it was fake fire ?? it would have fooled me. It's really adds charm in my living room Easy to install too, simply beautiful. Have not used the heater yet but I'm sure it will be fine. And I might add, well built.

I most definitely am giving this electric fireplace a 5 star rating because it's beautiful, looks so close to a real burning fire, it was so easy to install and it was packed and delivered beautifully and earlier than expected! The burning wood sound is supposed to sound like crackling fire wood, but instead it sounds like frying bacon, but it has a on/off sound feature, so I just leave it off! I do wish that it sounds more like real wood burning though!

This fit perfectly in my fireplace after taking out the screen. I love the various light displays and the heater is great! Looks real!

Very nice look and measurements were exactly as described. My remote control unfortunately was damaged and contact customer service right away. They responded within a few hours and after short discussion and proof of purchase a new remote control will be sent out right away. The heater works really well. I have only used the low setting which has been more than sufficient as of yet.The only negative would be the speaker for the sound of crackling firewood which is too loud and the volume is uncontrollable. I highly recommend this fireplace.

Everything 5 stars except not feeling the heat as much as I would like The sound of the logs were like birds chirping and I??m an animal lover and that??s good but my dog keeps looking for the birds

Love the fire effects and ambient lights. Fits perfectly in my fake fireplace. Warms the livingroom nicely.The only negative is the sound effects. They sound fake and no volume control.

It fit perfectly and performed as advertised. My only regret is the "crackling fire sound." It is very unrealistic but I knew this due to other reviews. I am happy with this purchase.

Decided I need a place to hang stockings so built this unit. I am very happy with the results. Installation was easy. I do not need the heat function but tested it and it works! 9 year old granddaughter said the crackling sound did not sound real but who needs it! If this 60 year old woman can do it, anyone can!!

Love this fireplace insert. The remote control is a bit flaky and requires multiple presses of the buttons to work, but the overall look of the flames is wonderful. I would highly recommend this item.Update on the remote control: Apparently the 2 AAA batteries that came with the remote were old. After replacing them with new batteries, the remote is wirking great.
