Works great just not impressed with the quality of the sound.
Has such a warm glow to it . Really nice! Heat really does warm the room very nicely. Plan on using it inside the house during the winter and in our RV in the summer for cool nights when we don't want to use the furnace. It gives such a beautiful glow like a fireplace.
Perfect for my project! Works great!
I have been wanting one of these electric fireplace log inserts for awhile and the price was too good to resist any longer. Now that we have been using it for a few days, we are in love with it. The size is perfect for our fireplace. The flames and heat are adjustable and the whole unit has a shut off timer or can be left on until it is manually turned off. I like the safety of having the overheat protection also. The only bad part is the noise maker which has a tinny sound. We don't use that feature but with only the heat and flame the unit does not make any noticeable noise.
Amazing unit. It is perfect for my fireplace as I won’t have a real fire inside my house but we like the idea and warmth of the fire. This works perfect for our needs
Got here fast, fit perfectly into my real fireplace, looks realistic, best price I found!
It looks amazing! My fireplace is actually functional now that I have this insert. It adds such charm to the family room. 10/10 would recommend. Also, the cord is pretty long. I was concerned that it might be too short to reach the wall outlet. It wasn’t.
I absolutely LOVE this product! I consider myself very 'fussy' when it comes to my decor and I totally recommend this item!
Good look. Good heat. Good fit. More than pleased with this item.
LOOOVE this fireplace log set! Quick to set up, looks quite realistic and sounds great too. So excited about this purchase! Worth every penny. Ready for the holidays!
I love it …. But it didn’t fit in my fireplace insert that’s there already. They were helpful in returning and I’ll get the smaller one
beautiful product. creates nice ambiance. Doesnt put out the heat real wood does, but its neater, easier and faster
This is a great product. Looks and performs well. It's pretty and comfortable heat output. I put it inside my fireplace opening. Fits very well, and heats up rather quickly. The 3D flame actually works and looks very nice.
It's just a bit smaller than I envisioned, but works perfectly, and looks nice.
I wasn’t sure what to do with our fireplace. It is unsafe to have a real fire in it so I was trying to figure out another option. This was the perfect option and looks amazing. I’m very pleased that we are able to enjoy our fireplace like we have never been able to before. It is the only room in the house my family wants to be in now. I was worried if the heater was going to work well enough for the room and that seems to be just fine and we have had some pretty chilly nights (low 40s). I know that’s nothing in comparison to other parts of the country that experience 30 and below. I love the effect, sounds and atmosphere that it provides. Thank you very much for making this product.
