The R.W.Flame corner fireplace has exceeded my expectations.
Truly, a beautiful piece! Good workmanship, easy to assembly an excellent addition to our home.
Parece chimenea verdadera!
It is identical to the photo. Built well and looks great.
Great product that was well thought out. Easy straightforward assembly that looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this.
The classic white fireplace is as easy to assemble and as attractive as other reviewers say. The many flame settings and three heat settings (high, low, off) work great and make almost no sound. Our cats seem to like being on the carpet in front of it. I can’t wait to use this as supplemental heat this winter. I’m even thinking of buying another one!
While there does not seem to be a timer function (the remote has none, and this fireplace is entirely remote controlled), the overheat safety feature is sufficient for me.
OMG!!! This is THE BEST fireplace I have EVER purchased!!!! I had been looking for about 3 months - I wanted a simple design yet elegant and THIS is perfect!! It was soooooo easy to put together - I am a 74 year old widow and I assembled it in one hour - it is very very sturdy - the quality is top notch - it arrived beautifully packaged so there wasn't one mark on it - the holes lined up perfectly - instructions were exactly like I like, few words and more pictures - and this was simple enough that a 10 year old could understand - it does come in two deliveries - the mantel arrives and then the heating unit arrives, which I didn't know so when I reached out to customer service they IMMEDIATELY responded and assured me the heater was coming - they were wonderful. The heater, again is super easy to install and I read through the manual and turned on my fireplace and it works like a charm - and the heat it puts out is incredible - warmed up my large bedroom in less than 5 minutes on high, and about 12 minutes on low setting.
If you are wanting a great fireplace that looks gorgeous, flames look real, heats up a room like it's supposed to and easy assembly, then THIS is the one you want!!! Highly recommend this purchase!! I put a piece of marble underneath just for aesthetic appeal, but you don't need it - this fireplace looks awesome on it's own!!!! I absolutely LOVE IT and I am so glad I waited and got this one!!!!!!! The price was great too, in fact, I have seen cheap looking fireplaces that cost three times more than this one - I can't say enough good things about this fireplace - other than BUY IT NOW!!!!!!! You won't regret it!!!!
The parts came 3days apart. I tried to return the unit. Customer help offered 20% refund to keep unit. I declined. Next they offered 40 % refund. I chose to accept this generous offer. I emailed this decision to them and requested to know how the refund would be accomplished. I have not received reply. This is troubling!
