21 in fits perfectly in my fireplace mantle with alil room on each side. I love it! Looks real and very cozy looking! Packaging was nice. Remote works perfectly. Very impressed with this item!!
Fits perfectly! Looks amazing and the heat this puts out is amazing! very cozy and warm
We had a fireplace mantel and we wanted to have an insert that looked nice but also could be useful with some heat. This item is so beautiful, its quiet and adds ambiance in our bedroom. The heat is not overpowering and our little fur babies love to sit near the fireplace insert. I chose the birch wood and I am so happy I chose this one as it looks real .
Great addition and fits perfectly.
Looks great!
I love the logs and appearance in my faux fireplace, exactly what I've been looking for.
I absolutely love this fireplace. Insert, I didn’t realize from the pictures that there is this really nice leaf motif at the bottom of the grates, right above where the heater is. The logs are so pretty, I love the glowing oranges and yellow, and their reflection it gives in the back of the fireplace looks very realistic. The frame that the log in looks very real, and the heater option is wonderful. The only reason I took away a star is because the remote control is not great, you have to be right on top of the insert for it to work and it’s not very reliable. And the other thing that is a little annoying is that every time you turn on the fireplace heater automatically comes on, but there is a button on the remote where you can turn it off. Otherwise, this is beautiful and I highly recommend!
Fireplace insert
I like everything about this electric fireplace. It fit perfect in our fireplace. The cord isn't too long but not too short. It does provide a good amount of heat. It's beautiful!
We have this unit in our bedroom and start every weekend morning with a fire. It's a great venue for the money. My only wish is that the heat was not default upon starting - I don't really mind having to turn it off each time, but still...
It does put out good heat but we use that rarely.
The time feature is handy.
Works and heats great. Looks real!!
It would have been better with fire-crackling sounds but doable without. The flames are a bit on the weak side but, also doable. Good for the price.
It looks so good in my fire place. Warms the room up appropriately. Only drawback is the cord is not very long so you need an outlet close enough for it to be plugged in.
I was doubtful about purchasing after some of the reviews but I took a chance and I am happy with the purchase. I have it in my bedroom which is about 16x16 and it gets it nice and warm. It may not be suited for a larger space like a open living room but it definitely warmed up my bedroom when the temperatures had dropped to 15F.
I use my fireplace every day now. Love the look and the warmth without having to clean the fireplace after a real fire.
Its perfect for our fireplace!! Love the style and that it has a heater!! So glad we got it.
This arrived two days early, which is great! That's the part I love about Amazon. But I bought this heater because Heat I and Heat II we're shown as separate buttons. But the heater I received has them on the same button. Gah, not what I wanted!
21 in fits perfectly in my fireplace mantle with alil room on each side. I love it! Looks real and very cozy looking! Packaging was nice. Remote works perfectly. Very impressed with this item
It's perfect to sit in my fireplace and it puts out heat like a real fire!
This has been one of the best purchases ever!! I can't tell you how happy I am with this product. While the heater is running there is a little noise, which is to be expected with any type of blower. The remote is a great bonus. It is a fake fireplace so manage your expectations, however I think it's beautiful. The flames are projected onto the wall behind the unit and the logs light up. I have this in my bedroom in an antique fireplace mantel. I just turn it on with the remote and it changes the whole ambience of my room. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!
was expecting to see flame but only smoke and flickering in the logs. The product was well made and the heat part worked perfectly. Over all it did the job.
Used this holiday season. Had family members that couldn't tolerate the smoke from a real fire. Was very nice. I expected to see flame, but I didn't. just rising smoke and a bit if flickering in log area. Looked natural enough for what I needed and the price was right. Haven't used the heater to heat the room, but I know it works.
The logs are light weight, come with a remote and look nice on or off.
